Harmonic integrated joint module

HSL-SC Series

Mechanical Specs

Weight:1420g±20g
Pole: 42
Phase:3
Drive Method:FOC
reduction ratio:10:1

Technical Parameters

The flexspline adopts a hollow standard cylinder structure with a disc cam wave generator.

The input shaft, connected via a cross-slider coupling, directly mates with the inner bore of the wave generator, ensuring a compact design.

Two connection modes are available: fixing the circular spline for flexspline-end output, or fixing the flexspline for circular-spline-end output.

Harmonic Reducers Overview
Our harmonic reducers are broadly categorized into two main product families based on flexspline geometry: Cup-Type Reducers and Hollow-Type Reducers. Each family encompasses multiple models with various reduction ratios.
